Shipping & delivery
Current delivery notice: our manufacturer is closed for two weeks. Items we have in stock ship as usual within 5–7 working days. For items we need to reorder, delivery may be delayed by up to 2 weeks. If your order is affected, we will contact you once it has been placed.
Shipping within Germany
We ship our glides, castors and care products via DHL.
- Shipping costs: €4.99 per order
- Delivery time: 5–7 working days
Should the delivery time be longer in an individual case, we will inform you without delay.
Collection in person
You are of course also welcome to collect your goods free of charge from our showroom in Nagold. We will gladly have them ready for you.
